The Battle Log is a recurring interface in The Legend of Zelda series.

Overview

Hyrule Warriors

The Battle Log is a list submenu found in the Info menu. On the right side of the Battle Log, a blank map of the current Stage appears. On the left side, the Battle Log displays all messages, missions, and other events that have occurred throughout the battle. When selected, an icon will appear on the map where the event occurred, message was spoken, or where the mission objective is located. Above the map also displays the amount of time spent in battle, and if playing in Adventure Mode or Challenge Mode, will also display the amount of damage taken.

Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity

The Battle Log can be accessed at any point during a Scenario or Challenge from the Info screen by pressing the L-Button. The Battle Log appears as a list next to a map of the current Stage. It displays all mission objectives and character dialogue in reverse chronological order.
