Great Deku Tree 2-in-1
The Great Deku Tree 2-in-1, also known by its set number, 77092-1, is a piece of merchandise released by The Lego Group.[2] It is a part of LEGO The Legend of Zelda.
Overview
The Great Deku Tree 2-in-1 is a Lego set based on The Legend of Zelda series. It was announced on May 28, 2024 and released on September 1, 2024.[1][3][4] The set features two separate designs of the Great Deku Tree: one based on Ocarina of Time and another based on Breath of the Wild. Minifigures of Princess Zelda and Link from these games are also included, in addition to an iteration of Link's House from Ocarina of Time. There are a total of 2,500 LEGO pieces included in the set.[2]
From September 1, 2024 to December 3, 2024, My Nintendo hosted the My Nintendo LEGO The Legend of Zelda Great Deku Tree Sweepstakes, from which one winner received a Great Deku Tree 2-in-1.[5]
Main Model: Breath of the Wild
The Breath of the Wild Great Deku Tree model features a "talking" function that moves the Great Deku Tree's eyebrows and mouth when a lever on the back is pressed. The reverse side of the set features the Great Deku Tree's Navel, with the Korok shop (stocked with a Razorshroom, Hylian Shroom, and Endura Shroom, Cooking Pot, and Bed. The area around the Great Deku Tree features items such as Hearty Radishes, Silent Princesses, Hylian Shrooms, and Endura Shrooms, along with Trees containing Bird Eggs and Acorns, and a trail of flowers leading to a Korok. A panel on the left side of the Tree can be removed to access a Sheikah Slate Pedestal, while a panel on the right side of the Tree can be removed to access spherical and cube-shaped Remote Bombs. The top of the Tree features a Walton and an Apple, along with a Fairy.
Master Sword Pedestal Submodel
The Master Sword Pedestal is featured as a submodel that can be constructed alongside either version of the Great Deku Tree and can connect to the front of the Breath of the Wild version. A Hearty Radish, Hylian Shroom, Endura Shroom, and three Silent Princesses grow around the pedestal. A brick-built model of Hestu with working Maracas is also featured in this submodel.
B-Model: Ocarina of Time
The Ocarina of Time Great Deku Tree model features two play functions: an opening mouth/door and a Skulltula that can be dropped from the ceiling of the interior on a string. The interior also features a Torch and a Treasure Chest with a Slingshot. The area around the Great Deku Tree features a Gossip Stone, two Deku Babas, and the Deku Tree Sprout. A panel on the left side of the Tree can be removed to access a stone decorated with the first three notes of Saria's Song, while a panel on the right side of the Tree can be removed to access a Bow with Fire, Ice, and Light Arrows.
Link's House Submodel
Link's House from Ocarina of Time is featured as a submodel that can be constructed alongside either version of the Great Deku Tree. The front of the house features a Sign with Hylian writing and a model of Navi, whose color can be changed to blue, green or yellow. The inside of the house features a Bed as well as a crate containing a Magic Jar, Red Potion bottle, Bomb, Compass, Hookshot, and Hylian Shield.
