Hok-kiàn liāu-lí (福建料理), ia̍h-sī Bân-chhài (閩菜), sī Tiong-kok 8 toā chhài-hē chi-it. Kin-kì tē-he̍k ē-tàng hun chò Hok-chiu liāu-lí, Bân-sai liāu-lí kap Bân-lâm liāu-lí. Hok-kiàn khiā tī Tiong-kok tang-lâm iân-hái, hái-sán toā-chhut, tì-sú Hok-kiàn-lâng choan-tióng liāu-lí hái-sian.
