[ultralytics v8.3.75][yolov8/yolo11-pose][WIDER FACE]Upgrade YOLO5Face to YOLO8Face and YOLO11Face

Yunet is one of the fastest (maybe lightest) face detection in the world with only 75M params but achieve pretty well performance. There are some thing we can improve on top of it and this repo is to do so.

Just a model trying to increase better face detection and face masking for face anonymization, which can be useful for Secure-AI or Privacy-AI.
