Every great video deserves music that feels like it was written just for it. But today, finding that music usually means digging through endless libraries, worrying about licenses, or spending hours editing a track until it finally fits. We thought there should be a better way. That’s why we built Sonilo.
Upload a video, and Sonilo creates an original soundtrack that follows its pacing, emotion, and rhythm from beginning to end. No prompts to learn. No manual syncing. No searching through thousands of songs. Just music that feels like it belongs.
Sonilo platform
Sonilo is a video-aware AI soundtrack platform for creators, developers, and production teams.
Instead of treating music as a stock-library search or a prompt-only song generator, Sonilo connects soundtrack generation to the video workflow itself: upload the edit, generate fitted options, review usage needs, and export music that supports the cut.
What is Sonilo?
Sonilo is an AI music and sound effects platform for video workflows. It turns finished edits into frame-synced soundtrack generation and scene-aware SFX workflows for creators, developer platforms, and enterprise production teams, with licensed-source AI music guidance for commercial video use.

Why Sonilo for video teams
Sonilo is built around video-conditioned generation, so the soundtrack responds to pacing, cuts, dialogue space, motion, and final-frame timing instead of forcing a generic song onto the edit.
Licensed catalog training
The training story centers on authorized music sources, licensed catalog training, rights-holder participation, and Shutterstock provenance for teams evaluating commercial video workflows.
Enterprise media teams
Enterprise media teams can use Sonilo for campaign variants, localization, approval records, API-supported production, and repeatable soundtrack workflows across many video assets.
Video-to-music AI
Sonilo starts with the actual video file, then generates music around runtime, pacing, mood, motion, scene changes, and the final frame.

Music made for your story
Most music tools start with a song. Sonilo starts with your video. We look at how your story unfolds, its movement, timing, and emotional arc, and create music that grows with it. Every soundtrack is made specifically for that one video, ending exactly when your story ends. Whether you’re making a TikTok, a YouTube video, an ad campaign, a documentary, or a short film, the goal is always the same: help your story feel complete.

Built for licensed commercial use from day one
Creating should feel exciting, not stressful. That’s why commercial use has been part of Sonilo from the beginning. Our models are developed using licensed music datasets, including content authorized through Shutterstock. Combined with our own technology, this allows us to generate original soundtracks that are ready for commercial projects. Instead of wondering whether a song is safe to use, you can stay focused on making great videos.

Artists should still get paid in the AI era
We started with a rule rather than a workaround: nothing enters our training data without the rights holder's permission. From day one the catalog has been licensed, and the licensing fees and revenue share go to the rights holders, and through them to the artists behind the work.
That is a business decision, but it is also the whole point. A world where AI trains on music it never paid for is a world where fewer people can afford to write the next song. If artists aren't compensated, new music stops being made, and a model trained on yesterday's catalog has nothing new to learn from. We don't want a world that is only AI. We want musicians to still have a reason, and the income, to keep creating in it.

Why we care
Music changes the way people experience stories. The right soundtrack can make a moment unforgettable. It can build tension, create joy, or turn a simple scene into something people remember. We believe every creator deserves access to that, not just studios with large budgets or professional composers. Great storytelling shouldn’t depend on how much time you have to search for music.

Our mission
We’re building a future where every video has its own soundtrack. One that’s created for the story instead of pulled from a library. Because when music truly fits, people don’t just watch. They feel.
