Earthquake detected in parts of Ethiopia
An earthquake was detected in parts of Addis Ababa on Oct 6, 2024። People living in Summit, Ayat, Tafo, Yeka Abado area especially condominium residents reported that they felt a mild earthquake which lasted for less than 20 seconds. This mild earthquake was felt more in the upper stories of condominiums and apartments with some people reporting that wall photos falling down and window glass cracking.
