Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, who else sees it, and how to make us delete it. Written to be read rather than to be defensible.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you:

  • Create an account (name, email address)
  • Contact us through forms or email
  • Subscribe to our newsletter
  • Purchase services or products

We automatically collect certain information when you visit our site, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent. This is collected via PostHog analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain our services
  • To process transactions and send related information
  • To send you technical notices and support messages
  • To improve our website and services through analytics
  • To communicate about promotions, upcoming events, and other news (with your consent)
  • To send one email per new edition of the AI Visibility Index and the AI Source Map, only to addresses that asked for it and confirmed it by email. Every one of these emails has a link to stop them.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service providers: PeakCore and Google (authentication and identity), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), PostHog (analytics), hCaptcha (spam protection), OpenRouter and selected model providers (AI processing), and Google Search Console when you connect it. Account and service records are stored in the database operated for AIGROW.
  • Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, protect the service, resolve requests, keep billing and usage records, or meet legal obligations. You may request deletion by contacting us. Our reply will identify records that a provider or legal obligation requires us to retain.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data
  • Withdraw consent for data processing
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Data portability

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use PostHog for analytics which may set cookies. We use hCaptcha for bot prevention. No third-party advertising trackers are used.

7. Security

Public services use HTTPS. Account access uses email sign-in links or Google OAuth, paid checkout is hosted by Stripe, and Google Search Console credentials submitted through Blog Engine are encrypted before database storage. AIGROW does not currently claim SOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001 certification.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
