Gravity – Birmingham

This installation was completed by working with one of our key clients, Gravity, to build the first and full FEC in the Midlands region of the UK, in Birmingham. It is situated in the Star City Shopping Mall where Gravity will be a flagship anchor tenant to drive footfall.  Airparx was commissioned to build the trampoline park, inflatable park, soft play area ad climbing. Using the space from an old Cinema, Airparx were tasked in designing, manufacturing and installing the full FEC park on time and on budget that was nearly 3 years in the making.

As Gravity continue their impressive growth, Airparx continues to grow with them and is proud of our association to their brand. The project required us to Design an FEC into a difficult space, while maintaining clear lines of sight and a simple customer journey through the building and with multiple attractions.

Airparx designed a park where all 3 main elements of the Inflatable Park, Trampoline area and Air Ninja could be accessed at any one time. Using a number of small bridges and slides, users never have to leave the park to access features. The Park still includes park favourites that include Last one Standing, Foam Pits, Jump Towers and of course 70 interconnected multi height trampolines.

Airparx is the only company in the world to successfully connect trampoline parks with inflatable parks. Thanks to our in-house design knowledge and expertise, we are able to connect both our own parks as well as parks from other manufacturers. The transition points are seamless which means the most possible play space is occupied.
