We offer free shipping on every order - no minimum spend required.

Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your order to be processed, picked and packed in our warehouse, and then handed to DHL.

Online orders are not processed over the weekends or on NSW/AUS public holidays.

Oceania - 5 days transit time

American Samoa, Cook Islands, Fiji, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Nauru, New Caledonia, Niue, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tahiti, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu.

All international orders are delivered through DHL Express, these parcels are signature on delivery. In the event where a parcel is not claimed or is refused by the receiver, DHL will attempt to re-deliver. If DHL and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by DHL's cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. There will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.

If the receiver gives the courier a signature release The Aje Collective is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing or is stolen, regrettably, The Aje Collective will not be able to refund or resend the parcel in this instance. Should your parcel become lost in transit or you believe it is mis-delivered please contact customer care immediately.

Taxes are calculated at checkout and due to pay with order. Some orders may incur addition duties fees, if the total value of an order surpasses a certain value, which is determined by location. This fee is not covered by The Aje Collective or reimbursable to receiver in the case where an item/s are returned. We do not currently ship orders to PO or APO boxes through international postage at this time.

Please note that there are legal import requirements into each country that DHL is required to abide by in order to deliver your parcel. This may include requests of personal information such as a Social Security Number or Client Code. Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding import requirements.
Shipments which are rejected by the receiver due to not providing the requested and required information may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to The Aje Collective, the original shipping cost will be forfeited alongside any additional redirection fee.

Fraudulent Orders

We reserve the right to place temporary hold to or cancel your order in the event we have reasonable grounds to believe it is fraudulent. In such circumstances we will attempt to contact you, using the email address you provided at the time of booking and may request you to either provide further proof of identify before issuing your order. In the event we are not able to contact you or the information provided does not meet our minimum identification requirements, we may cancel your order with no liability whatsoever.

We offer transparent international pricing with duties and taxes calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.

United States: All duties and taxes are included in the product price. You will not be charged any additional fees at checkout or delivery.

Other Countries: Duties and taxes (Import Fees) are calculated at checkout based on the items ordered, your shipping destination, and the value of your purchase. These are added to your order total before payment.

Import Fees are determined by your local customs authority and may include:

Unless required by Australian Consumer Law, any Import Fees paid at checkout are non-refundable in the event of a return, refusal by customs, or issues related to local import regulations. Please note that customs policies and exchange rates may vary by country and are beyond our control.

All purchase receipts are sent to your email once your order has been processed and paid for. We will also send you a shipment confirmation once your order has been shipped, this will contain a tracking number which can be used to track the journey of your purchase. This will also have our ABN and can be used to claim tax when leaving Australia. Please contact us immediately if you have not received your order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails within 48 hours of purchase, should you purchase over public holidays or weekends your confirmation will be sent on the next business day.
