Senior AI Data Ops

  • Owned the data product strategy for the platform's core analytics capability. Engineered high-performance models spanning 18 dimensions that eliminated bottlenecks and reporting discrepancies. This established the structural data foundation for self-serve graph canvases and 'chat-with-your-data' AI query interfaces.
  • Led quantitative product discovery using PLG frameworks (activation, TTV, stickiness, friction cliffs) to define a data-driven product roadmap aimed at eliminating user churn.
  • Leveraged product health data to design proactive customer retention loops, enabling GTM teams to target at-risk accounts, secure early high-value renewals, and achieve an 82.6% GRR.
  • Democratized product analytics and feature-uptake telemetry across the organization—aligning the Board, Product Managers, and Customer Success on account health and core retention metrics.
  • Developed an AI-driven rev-ops engine unifying client usage metrics with agentic flows to scale personalized value-tracking briefs across the entire account base.

Senior AI Solutions Engineer

  • Managed the end-to-end lifecycle of custom AI systems from concept to production (and beyond) for 7 concurrent enterprise clients; deployed production-grade L1–L4 multi-agent workflows executing 250k+ tasks monthly across sales, support, and data.
  • Owned the end-to-end product strategy and execution for the builder’s template ecosystem. Resulting in:
    • 5-12 hour delivery from user discovery to live production-deployed product solutions
    • 250+ personally engineered AI tools, capturing 33% of all asset downloads within 5 months
    • 42% higher stickiness rate for the self-serve onboarding flow, outperforming every other user journey path on the platform.
  • Experimented with ideas for various next-gen multi-agent architectures, developing and testing architectures including; collaborative non-linear agentic canvas, Model Relevance Protocol (MRP) and Agentic Resource Connectors (ARCs) designed for seamless, zero-config, self-improving integration experience that ‘just works’.

Data Scientist

  • Lead data scientist for the project to rewrite the $4.6 billion home loan formula. Resulting in:
    • 34% of home loans now auto-processed (previously 0%)
    • 48% increased loan specialist's processing volume through 53+ automated data validators
    • 32% reduced time to unconditional approval for customers (a core conversion metric).
  • Refactored a legacy transaction prediction codebase of over 6,000 lines of code. Enhancing it to become a core pillar of the bank's new 'Money Systems' feature. Additionally; removed bugs, added unit tests, increased visibility via a dashboard and developed a CI-CD pipeline.
  • Ran multiple data spikes over 450m rows of data to find, analyse, validate, present and report on key business questions to drive data-driven decisions. Including; finding fraudulent transactions in real-time, analysing abusive transactions/users and validating potential product features against customer, service center and cost vertices.
  • Developed and mentored junior data engineers and analysts while augmenting workloads during delivery crunch. For example, built the core ELT codebase for inbound data ingestion to Databricks, enabling analysts to build dashboards and deliver value fast.

Lead Engineer, Project Technical Lead

  • Technical lead for a $12M control testing automation project for an ASX top 10 client. Transformed a manual, yearly review process into a daily dashboard of insights and alerts for 200+ Service Level Agreements spanning the entire company, allowing for immediate actions.
  • Designed and developed the end-to-end system build, included an ETL pipeline from on-prem sources to Google Cloud BigQuery, data transformations and testing logic, to the final dashboard visualisations in Qlik Sense.
  • Became the point of contact for the Capgemini graduate program for Data and Insights guiding and mentoring 23+ new graduates over 3 intakes.

Data Scientist, Lead Consultant

  • Led and developed a team of 5 junior data scientists using agile methodology.
  • Our team built multiple state-of-the-art deep learning models including Bi-LSTM, YOLO, Transformers and CRNNs to uplift all the computer vision microservices, adding an additional 37% uplift in document classification, 29% to OCR accuracy, 115% increased processing speed and adding handwriting recognition functionality with 84% accuracy.

Data Scientist, Consultant

  • Delivered several key components of a document classification project (computer vision), including deep neural networks for named entity recognition (NER) and extraction, attention and GAN networks for optical character recognition (OCR) microservices, resulting in high praise from the client. The service receives 20,000 API calls and over 1,000 user nudges a day.

Digital Products and Marketing Strategist

  • Spearheaded the strategic development of the company's first software as a service (SaaS) offering a comprehensive literacy education platform for teachers now used by 17,000 teachers.
  • Led sales, and marketing for 3-years for all online products, achieving:
    • $3 million revenue p.a. (30% of total company revenue)
    • 60%+ profit margin (130% greater than legacy offerings)
    • 15,000 annual subscriptions (3x that of offline products).
