What is a credit?
A credit is how the paid tools are paid for: 10 credits cost $1. Every new account gets 30 welcome credits once to try them.
Do credits expire?
Bought and welcome credits never expire. A plan tops your balance up to its level each month; credits above that level are not added.
What do Pro and Premium give?
Pro tops the balance up to 400 credits every month, Premium to 1500, and both open more matches a day and more new conversations.
What happens at zero?
Search, jobs and applying keep working. A paid tool shows its price and asks you to buy credits or start a plan.
Can I pay for a plan with crypto?
Plans are paid by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Credits can be bought by card or with crypto.
How do I cancel?
On the Billing page, at any time before the next charge. The plan and your credits stay until the end of the paid month.
Can I get a refund?
Unused bought credits can be refunded within 14 days. A plan payment is refunded within 14 days if none of that month's credits were spent. Write to support.
