AllScan AI does not require account creation to use the free scanning features. If you choose to purchase a subscription through the mobile app, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not receive, store, or have access to your credit card number, bank details, or billing address.

1.4 Email Communication

If you contact us at support@allscanai.com, we retain your email address and message content solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not add support contacts to marketing lists or share email addresses with third parties.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the limited information we collect for the following purposes only:

  • Image Processing: To analyze your uploaded photo and return an AI identification result.
  • Service Maintenance: To monitor server health, detect errors, and ensure uptime.
  • Usage Analytics: To understand aggregate usage patterns (total scans per day, popular scan categories) so we can improve the Service.

3. What We Do Not Do

We want to be explicit about the things we will never do with your data:

  • We do not store your uploaded images beyond the few seconds required for processing.

  • We do not use your photos to train AI models. Submitted images are analyzed and discarded.

AllScanAI.com uses only essential cookies required for the website to function properly. These include:

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party tracking scripts. We do not use Google Analytics or similar user-tracking platforms on AllScanAI.com.

All data transmitted between your device and AllScan AI servers is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security). Our servers are hosted in secure, access-controlled data centers. We apply security patches promptly and conduct regular reviews of our infrastructure to protect against unauthorized access.

While no system is completely immune to risk, we take commercially reasonable measures to safeguard the limited data we handle.

6. Data Retention

Because we do not store images or create user accounts for the free tier, there is minimal personal data to retain. The aggregate usage statistics we collect contain no personally identifiable information and are retained indefinitely for service improvement. If you contact us via email, we retain correspondence for up to 24 months and then delete it unless a longer retention period is required by law.

7. Third-Party Services

The AllScan AI mobile app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. These platforms have their own privacy policies governing app downloads and in-app purchases. We encourage you to review their policies independently.

We do not embed third-party advertising SDKs, social media trackers, or external analytics frameworks in the AllScan AI app or website.

8. Children's Privacy
