All shipping is done by Royal Mail post from London and will be dispatched within 3-7 working days from date of order.

 

• Small singular item orders will be sent via First Class Standard post and do not require signature on delivery or include a tracking number.

 

• All other items (products priced over £10) will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed and include a tracking number. Please contact me via alxndracook@gmail.com or use the contact page to request your tracking number.

 

• Shipping costs may vary dependant on which products are purchased due to parcel size and weight.

 

• Shipping times will also vary due to destination.
  Pins are usually only delivered via standard first class and typically can take 3-5 working days for the UK. Tracked and signed delivery for larger parcels within the UK is 2-3 working days.
  Standard shipping for international orders (usually just pin orders) estimate 3-5 working days and tracked and signed parcels take roughly 3-7 working days. Please bear in mind these are just estimates and sometimes shipping can take longer than expected.

 

• Please note unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of parcels sent by this method.

 

 

 

• Please be aware that shipping can also take longer during holiday seasons or if there is any type of customs delay.

 

• Due to the Christmas rush and often possible postal strikes, I cut off my shipping deadlines in order to help secure your deliveries in time for Christmas and reduce the amount of missing parcels. I cannot completely guarantee that your parcel will arrive in time but I choose early deadlines (specific deadlines vary each year and are edited in here closer to the festive period, please check back to review these changes) in order to allow extra time for any possible delays.

  Orders made before the dates below are the recommended dates for shipping in time for christmas. This however cannot be guaranteed due to this busy peak shipping time. Ongoing Covid restrictions, reduced air and freight capacity, high volumes and winter weather conditions are all impacting transportation and local delivery across the globe. Any orders made after these dates will be shipped out after christmas. Thank you for understanding.
