All packages are carefully prepared and shipped directly by us. We typically dispatch orders within three business days. Once your package is with the postal service, you’ll receive a tracking link via email from our shipping partner PostNL. Please check your inbox (including the spam folder) for this notification.
Please note that prices on Bandcamp exclude shipping costs and VAT. This allows us to maintain a streamlined administrative process.
If you place multiple orders and wish to combine them for reduced shipping costs, please contact us through the form. We’ll refund any duplicate shipping charges and ship all items together once they're available.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll need to charge additional shipping fees to resend it.
