The game itself is pretty decent. I take issue with a couple things though. One is, don't bother to use your "Free" spins of the wheel. I've spun and spun and, with only two exceptions, it lands on the lightening bolt every time. Too many times to be a coincidence for sure. I don't even mind the ads but I really take issue with the fact that, more and more, without my even touching the screen, I'm prompted to the Web? That grants access to my cookies and data! Zedge and Nike ads are also suspect

I love the variety of words. But the constant collecting of gems is annoying. Collecting from your bonus words as well. I think during the tournament, your bonus words should automatically go to your score. I paid for no ads, that was worth it. It would be nice if we had more avatars and played for those, had teams and a chat room like Wordscapes. I quit playing Wordscapes because they went too far away from our simple word game and brought in too much animation causing devices to overheat.

Can't give this game a five star... I'm currently on Level 560 and seems the daily 'bonus' wheel is not so random... First five spins (you only get six, and after watching the ads) hits the lightning bolt each time to give you a chance up to 730 crystals for in-game upgrades. then lands on the 'bonus wheel' requesting $ to spin. declined twice (it doesn't use the spin if you decline but you watch another ad.) Just because I haven't used ANY bonus items, it seems to be asking for $$ for upgrades.

At the begining there were very few ads. Now, after a month or two, after your're hooked, the ads are way too much. I understand they need ads so that we play for free but their ads are just too much. I find myself spending more time on ads than playing this game. If we all uninstall this game maybe they will get the message as to who's boss here. Without us, they don't exist. Thank the Lord there are many games as such to choose from. I dont recommend this game.

Nice interface and cheaper than many to remove ads, which you will definitely want to do. Some are so pricey it's ridiculous. You can literally subscribe to the New York Times for less $ and play all their challenging games ad-free.

Ads are getting longer & contain more errors, so I have to close the app then see yet another ad. I can tolerate 30 second ads. Unfortunately it is 30 seconds to award granted, then another 15+seconds, then another 15 seconds. By that time I am moving on to something different. Game isn't worth all the many ads. Then of course there is the spinning wheel "bonus gifts" total waste of time. Long ads & a wheel that wastes 2-4 spins on raising the awards, yet not giving you anything.

BORING! same thing over and over with just different letters. Im on level 329 and its been the same for EVERY LEVEL besides a background change. It is mind stimulating to come up with some words though. Wish there was some twists or turns, save the girl, beat the timer, etc.... Needs some spice

It's an outstanding word game. Moving up to difficult levels you'll need extremely trivial word knowledge. Turn off wifi to minimize the ads interruption. Update Nov2024. Downgraded from 4 to 2 stars. The developers cannot tolerate free gaming, so they decided to suddenly imterrupt my playing with useless ads. Time to uninstall. Very sad.
