App is buggy and laggy. Like what some other reviewers have mentioned, the customer service is good until u pay money. Almost non-existent after sales service. The aligners themselves are great, but beware of the retainers after. I've purchased 3 sets hoping to last at least 3 years, but 2 sets have broken in less than 4 months! The warranty methodology also don't make sense - it is 3 mths from when u purchase them, not from when u start wearing them. Better off getting 1 set at a time!

5/6/24: App wont even open, keeps crashing First, when i over wear my aligners for example overnight, and its time to switch to new ones, the timer continued to the new aligner so i have to manually minus 7hrs. When i change to new aligner the time should auto start from 0. Second, should have a log to keep track of when you add or minus wear time. Third should have a timer set function to minus wear time. After the timer is up, time will continue automatically 25/6/24: still crashing

The tracking of aligner set could have been better. If you start the aligner at 11.00pm, it will count as a first day, but you only wear 1 hour on the 1 day. So, I checked with the customer service, and they advised that i need to extend 1 more day for that aligner set (total of 11 days) because the 1st day i wear least than 20hrs. This is confusing. It would be better that day should count when you change the set, not the actual day cut-off at midnight.

Review for Zenyum in its entirety: My main issue with my treatment so far is that the next set of braces don't fit too well. There is a sharp point poking into the back of my gums. Upon notifying Zenyum, I was just advised to clip it with scissors or a nail clipper. Looking back, I wish I got regular braces. They would have worked faster, the dentist could have aligned things better during the regular checkups and it would have cost much less. Zenyum not recommended.

This app is the worst. It is laggy and useless. I can't use it to record changes so I take notes in my own calendar instead. They had, for me, zero communication about updating progress into the app is mandatory to get a warranty. Seems like the whole thing revoles around this app and this app doesn't even work well. One of the most unclear and unprofessional services ever.

Used to work fine, now crashes all time time. Have to wipe data constantly just so that app can work.

It takes too long to start the app and to pause your timer, it would be a lot better for the personal section be set directly as the main page instead of other useless features. Additional suggestion make a timer a widget so that I don't even have to meddle my timer in the app.

Easy and straightforward app. Just some suggestions: 1) Allow us to delete photos in the progress journal as there are times when I would re-upload better taken photos. 2) When adding a custom wear time log, to add the option of "00" Hr. 3) To show a history of the custom wear time logs to allow us to better keep track. 4) To add a shortcut or widget for easier input of wear time logs. 5) To reset timer back to 22 hours when switching to new aligners.
