1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using APPISH ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

You represent that you have legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms and that your use of APPISH complies with applicable local, state, national, and international laws.

2. Changes to Terms

APPISH may modify or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice by updating this page and the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of APPISH after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

3. Use of the Service

APPISH is designed for PoCs, prototypes, previews, and fast concept validation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

  • Conduct: You are responsible for all content, images, code, data, and files you upload or run on APPISH.
  • Lawful use: You may not use APPISH for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, or harmful activity.
  • Usage limits: Plan limits may apply, including slot count, runtime (TTL), compute, and storage. Limits may change over time.
  • Restrictions: You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or build competing services from APPISH software or infrastructure.
  • Security: Do not attempt unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or network resources.

Free slots are intended for short-lived demos. Paid app slots may include longer runtime and higher limits as described on the Pricing page.

4. Accounts, Security, and Billing

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify APPISH promptly of suspected unauthorized account use.

Certain features require payment. You agree to provide accurate billing information. APPISH may change pricing by posting updates on the site. Failure to pay required fees may result in suspension or termination of access.
