Osso Buco Recipe (Slow-Braised Classic!)
This slow-braised Osso Buco Recipe is made with veal shanks, vegetables, tomatoes, wine, and stock. It is delicious, like fall-off-the-bone good. I’ve been making this recipe for years, and to this day, it is still one of my favorites. This is a very hearty dish and can be somewhat difficult to find on Italian restaurant menus, but you can make it at home.
Ossobuco Milanese (Braised Veal Shanks)
Traditional Ossobuco alla Milanese (Milan style veal shanks) braised in an incredible tomato and white wine sauce until the meat is extra tender and falling off the bone. Served with Risotto alla Milanese and topped with zesty gremolata it's the ultimate comforting meal.
