This is the most realistic plant based Parmesan cheese that uses simple whole foods ingredients you’ll probably have at home 😊 and it has that craggy parm cheese look, an almost crumbly feel and grates perfectly too! 👇🏾ingredients👇🏾 -1 cup raw cashews -1 tsp lemon juice -4 tbsp nutritional yeast -1 tsp miso paste -1 tsp olive brine -pinch of salt 👇🏾method👇🏾 -blend the cashews into a fine crumb then add the rest of the ingredients and slowly blend until fully combined. The mixture should be quite dry and almost crumbly, don’t over blend into a paste. -mould into desired shape using cling film, make sure to compress tightly then refrigerate overnight/6+ hours. -grate over pasta, pizza, salads etc and enjoy. by @jacobking

RECIPE (12 pieces, 90min prep time) -2 cups (260g) flour -1/2 cup (110g) sugar -1/3 cup (40g) cocoa powder -1 Tbsp baking powder • Mix it. -1 small (160g) zucchini, shredded -1 cup (240g) apple sauce -1/2 cup (120ml) neutral oil First mix it and then stir. • Transfer to a lined baking dish (20cm diameter). Bake at 175C/350F for 50-60min. Let it cool down completely. Frosting: -3 Tbsp cocoa powder • 1/3 cup (80g) hazelnut butter by @koro -1/3 cup (80g) agave Mix it. Cut the cake in half and apply some of the frosting.
