Sara - Mystery Book Club on Instagram: "All thriller books I rated 5🌟 so far in 2024 Here are the only books I gave 5 stars this year: 1. No Exit by Taylor Adams: closed-setting, ‘murder mystery’ type of story packed with action & suspense 2. The Good Samaritan by John Marrs: dark, twisty psychological thriller, cat-and-mouse mind games between the main characters 3. The Darkest Water by Mark Edwards: a nice blend between crime fiction & psychological suspense with 2 storylines that come together perfectly 4. The Girl in 6E by A.R. Torre: dark thriller / crime fiction, with a very interesting protagonist & lots of 🌶️ These 4 books were all so deliciously dark and super addictive! I highly recommend all of them if you don’t mind your thrillers extra messed up! 😂 Have you read Highly Recommended Books, Books To Read Thriller, Suspense Thriller Books, Best Suspense Books, Thriller Book Recommendations, Mystery Books To Read, Mystery Thriller Books, Mystery Books Worth Reading, Best Psychological Thrillers Books

According to a recent study, the U.S. market for self-improvement is $9.9 billion. Despite that, many therapists think that self-help books are useless. Gregg Williams, for example, says that change is hard, improvements happen unevenly, involve many steps and take a lot of time. Nothing even remotely close to what the self-help reads are preaching. Luckily, Johan Deckmann has something that's way better. By day, Deckmann analyzes the human behavior; by night, he writes down his observations…
