Jellyfish Wind Socks

DIY jellyfish that are actually pretty awesome!! For underwater themed party or ocean mermaid theme. Turned out gorgeous! Made out of iridescent cellophane from Michaels, funky white ribbon from Michaels, bubble wrap from my recycling, and plastic bowls from Party City. Mostly just cutting circles, wiggly lines, and tape did the rest. Good luck!
