Wool felt quilt blocks coming together! Each one of these is 4x4 inches and I’m enjoying working on them so much! The Jeanette, Sylvia, and Mollie Cozy Quilt Blocks deep-etch dies from @benziedesign are based on my ornament pattern, but much larger (and with a few small changes). Tried out some doing kind of collage but with felt today! I definitely used the wrong kind of glue (anyone know something that would work?) so might have to redo the gluing part but it turned out so cute! And felt so nice to make something with fabric again - it’s for sure been a while for me! I intended to add little stitches and embroidery, but honestly I really like it as is!! And the dark background looks so nice! Time to get more felt I guess 👀

I love the simple graphic design of a traditional "Trip Around the World" quilt. I have a thing for concentric shapes, plus it's just a bunch of squares so it's realtively easy to put together. I also love the Mary Flanagan wool felt that we carry. It comes in the best, most vibrant colors. Since it's felted you don't have to hem it, it won't unravel.
