No one taught me this to help me prepare for my first labor. No one helped me try new positions during. I felt a little blind sided and very unsupported.

I want to make sure you don’t have the same experience I had. I want to be for you the resource I didn’t have.

Julie on Instagram: "Hey mama’s, make sure you make the time to do hip and pelvic openers during your pregnancy!

As your uterus expands, it can put pressure on the hips and pelvis. Doing hip and pelvic openers can help alleviate the pain and discomfort. And maintaining mobility and flexibility will make it easier to stay active and do everyday tasks.

It’s also very important because it’ll prepare your body for childbirth. Your baby will have an easier time moving through the birth canal during labor when your muscles and ligaments around the hips and pelvis aren’t tight.

You can start these whenever during your pregnancy. As always, consult with your health provider first.

Save and share this with a mama ❤️
