Alex Dalili on Instagram: "Have you ever used a stick to align your posture? If you have that hump on your neck or rounded shoulders, try this movement: 1.	Hold a broomstick with both hands at shoulder width, behind your back. 2.	Move the stick up and down until it touches your trapezius. 3.	Raise your arm, following the line of your ear, as if you were stretching. 4.	Apply force with your hands, pulling the stick outward as if you’re trying to tear it apart. 5.	Repeat 12 times. ✔️Try not to move your torso and avoid lifting your shoulders to your ears while performing.

🤷🏼‍♀️ While there’s no universal exercise perfect for everyone, adopting a personalized and holistic strategy is key. Yet, this particular exercise could be a great starting point if you’re aiming to alleviate discomfort or enhance your posture.
