This visual tool is intended to help students identify how they feel and what they would need to help them regulate! These resources turned out to be a great asset in my classroom calm down area.

I loved teaching a variety of different calming breaths students could use in different contexts. We kept track of our breaths we knew and referred back to them whenever we needed them. The book ‘Breathe Like a Bear’ is a great start for using different breaths (will link in my stories)"
