Shrimp Lovers Sushi Burrito
How I made it: • spicy crab salad: mince imitation crab meat (8oz) mix with 2tbsp spicy mayo, 1tbsp avocado mayo, 1tbsp diced green onions • cut shrimp down the side, season with garlic & sauté in a skillet with butter (let cool) • place seaweed sheet on bamboo rolling mat • add sushi rice & smash gently with spoon, covering the sheet • add furikake seasoning, spicy mayo, butter lettuce, green onions, shrimp, crab salad, sliced celery, red bell peppers & avocado • gently pick up seaweed sheet from the end & start the roll. Use the mat to keep rolling. It took me a few tries. Be gentle & roll until it forms into a burrito. • served tempura shrimp on the side to keep the burrito from being overfilled. I air fried them at 400 for 8min.
