Ingredients 1 cup pecans 1 cup almonds 1 cup pumpkin seeds 1/3 cup desiccated coconut 2 Tbsps chia seeds 2 egg whites- lightly beaten 1/3 cup honey /maple syrup 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp cardamom powder Pinch of salt Mix the seeds, nuts and coconut in a bowl. Add the cinnamon and cardamom. Then stir in the egg whites, honey and vanilla. Shape into cookies and place on a lined baking sheet. Bake at 175 degrees C ( fan oven) for 12-15 minutes.
