Palak paneer sandwiches
· 1 serving 🎥 @auraartofhealthyliving 1 cup palak chopped • 50g grated paneer • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds • 3-4 garlic cloves • 1 green chilli • 1/2 tsp cumin powder • Salt as per taste • 2 slices of bread • 2 tsp green chutney • Onion slices • Tomato slices 1tsp oil Make the filling by sautéing with cumin, garlic, green chillies, cumin powder and salt. Add freshly chopped palak leaves and sauté for a few minutes. Now add the grated panner, and mix until everything until it’s well combined. To make the sandwiches, spread green chutney on some whole wheat bread or bread of your choice, the palak paneer filling, tomatoes, and onions and toast it.
