Story Behind Trump's Garbage Truck Ride

Former President Donald Trump explains about the garbage truck.

Trump's Garbage Truck

"This truck is in honor of Kamala and Joe Biden," Donald Trump.

After His Fraudulency Joe Biden's major gaffe in calling Trump supporters "garbage", with a devilish sense of humor, former President Donald Trump arrived at his Green Bay, Wisconsin rally in a garbage truck and wearing s sanitation worker vest.

2024 RNC Ends On High Note

Above, Donald Trump delivering his acceptance speech. Photo by Armand Vaquer.

The 2024 Republican National Convention is now in the history books.

By all appearances, it was the best-run convention in years, probably dating back to the Reagan conventions (I should know, I attended them as part of the California Delegation). It was well organized and all of the speakers kept to the script.

Former President Trump's acceptance speech was probably one of the longest speeches ever, around 90 minutes, but it was never dull.

Trump recounted the shooting of July 13 and paid tribute to Cory Comperatore, whose firefighting jacket and helmet were on display on the stage. He kept to his themes of making America great again. He only said Biden's name once.

There's no way the Democrats can put on a convention comparable to the GOP's. They don't even know who they are going to nominate. As days pass, it appears more likely the Joe Biden will withdraw, perhaps this weekend.

Reuters: Rittenhouse Verdict Reignites Polarized U.S. Gun Debate

Is it okay for people to go across state lines and riot in places to cause damage, mayhem and injury (and deaths) to the people there? How about the rioters who pointed guns at Kyle Rittenhouse?

The mainstream media totally ignores this and focuses instead on guns.

Case in point...

From Reuters:

Nov 19 (Reuters) - Kyle Rittenhouse's acquittal on murder charges on Friday opened yet another front in America's longstanding fight over gun rights: Is it acceptable for a teenager to bring an assault-style rifle to a protest?

Conservatives hailed Rittenhouse as a hero for exercising his right to self-defense when he fatally shot two demonstrators and wounded a third who he said attacked him last year at a racial justice protest in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Gun control advocates warned the jury's verdict could inspire a new wave of armed vigilantism, after Rittenhouse - armed with an AR-15-style rifle - traveled in August 2020 from his Illinois home to Kenosha after demonstrations erupted following the police shooting of a Black man, Jacob Blake.

Guns have long been a potent political issue in the United States, where permissive laws have led to the highest rate of civilian firearm ownership in the world. Mass shootings, which are far more rare in other wealthy nations, have plagued the country for decades.

The verdict yesterday was a statement that self-defense is still alive in the United States. Everything Rittenhouse did was legal.

This is a big victory of the right of self-defense!

Now, let the lawsuits begin!

Wisconsin Sure Has a Lot of 124-Year-Old Registered Voters

It is amazing that despite evidence to the contrary, the media denies that voter fraud was rampant during the 2020 election. That's why I shall always refer to Joe Biden as His Fraudulency instead of president.

A friend sent a story on the state of Wisconsin. It seems that they have a sizable population of 124-year-olds (among other things).

From For The Right News:

According to the internet, Ms. Thelma Sutcliffe of Nebraska is the oldest living supercentenarian in the United States. She was born in 1906 and she’ll turn 115 on Friday, October 1, 2021 (Lord willing). Thelma is 318 days older than the second-oldest American, Ms. Maude Harris of Florida. Maude’s birthday isn’t until next August. But the stupid internet is always getting facts wrong, as we know. For example, the internet age checkers missed the 8,550 people in Wisconsin who are all over the astonishing age of 124. We know that those people are all still alive because they voted in the 2020 election!

A grassroots voter integrity group calling itself Wisconsin HOT (Honest Open & Transparent) has just submitted a demand for the entire Wisconsin Election Commission, the City Clerk of Racine, the Clerk of Rock County and the entire Wisconsin Board of Commissioners to resign immediately. The reason? The obvious, blatant fraud that took place in the 2020 election, which these officials have neglected to investigate.

The irregularities don't stop there. Here's a list of others:

  • 8,550 voters first registered to vote in Wisconsin in 1918.
  • 23,266 voters were all registered with the same Wisconsin phone number.
  • In Rock County, 900 voters were registered at the same address.
  • 543,000 voters in Wisconsin have no officially recorded date of registration.

Massive Voter Fraud By Democrats Is More Evident

For years I said that the ballot box works and this is the proper way to go about affecting change you might want in America. I can no longer say that. I am no longer confident that the ballot box works. I believe we’re seeing massive fraud in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Michigan. - Neal Boortz, 11-5-20.

If there was any justice in this country, the Supreme Court should declare the November 3 voting in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin and anywhere else voter fraud is found NULL AND VOID and order a re-do.

A whistleblower in Michigan reported more evidence of voter fraud:

Should You Get Travel Insurance?

Above, yours truly at the Great Buddha of Kamakura.  While here, a
member of our tour group found his travel insurance came in handy.
Before taking a trip, should you buy travel insurance?  Many people ask themselves that question. It really depends upon the traveler if he/she needs it.

Personally, I've purchased travel insurance once.  I have seen where it did come in handy.  In 2004, during G-TOUR, one member of our tour group came down seriously ill while we were at the Great Buddha of Kamakura.  He had to be taken by ambulance to a local hospital and then was transferred to another hospital in Yokohama.  Fortunately, he had travel insurance which provided coverage during his hospitalization in Japan. He was able to make a full recovery thanks to the medical treatment he received.

The Milwaukee, Wisconsin Journal Sentinel has an article on whether or not to buy travel insurance.

They preface it with:
To buy or not to buy travel insurance? It's that time of year when lots of consumers are asking the Wisconsin Better Business Bureau that question.
Travel insurance may be helpful if you need to cancel your trip, return home early or have to get emergency medical help while you travel.
Then they provide some caveats.  I will post one:
  • Trip cancellation or interruption insurance will only reimburse you for reasons on the insurer's acceptable list, such as injury, sickness or in the case of death of yourself, a family member, a travel companion or business partner, according to the Wisconsin BBB. Some only cover medical reasons. Some don't cover pre-existing medical conditions, so read the fine print.
The bottom line: it is really up to you.  To read the full article, go here.

Sherman or Berman?

California's screwy election system of having the "top two" candidates advance to the general election (regardless of party) has given my congressional district only a choice of two Democrats.

Brad Sherman (left) will face off against Howard Berman (right) in November.  There will be no Republican candidate on the ballot in the district.

I have to decide on which of the two liberals are best on economics/spending, national defense and the space program and vote accordingly.  I may publicly endorse one.  (Gad!  I can't believe I just wrote that!)

At least it appears that Proposition 28 (term limits) passed and Proposition 29 (cigarette tax) failed.  Mitt Romney (who already clinched the GOP presidential nomination) won the GOP presidential primary.

Congratulations to Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker in surviving the recall effort by Big Labor and the Democrat Party machine.

Democrat Senators Flee Wisc. Capital; Police Searching

The Looney Left Report

Wisconsin Democrat state senators went into hiding instead of showing up to a legislative session at the state capitol.

Yahoo News reports:

MADISON, Wis. – Police officers were dispatched Thursday to find Wisconsin state lawmakers who had apparently boycotted a vote on a sweeping bill that would strip most government workers of their collective bargaining rights.

The lawmakers, all Democrats in the state Senate, did not show up when they were ordered to attend a midday vote on the legislation.

The proposal has been the focus of intense protests at the Statehouse for three days. As Republicans tried to begin Senate business Thursday, observers in the gallery screamed "Freedom! Democracy! Unions!"

Republicans hold a 19-14 majority, but they need at least one Democrat to be present before taking a vote on the bill.

It has been reported that the Democrats got into a bus and fled the state.

According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel:

Madison — Law enforcement officers are searching for Democratic senators boycotting a Senate vote on Gov. Scott Walker's budget-repair plan Thursday in an attempt to bring the lawmakers to the floor to allow Republicans to act on the bill.

As Republicans denounced the move, one Democratic senator said that he believed most of the members of his caucus are in another state. However, an aide said that at least one, Sen. Chris Larson (D-Milwaukee), was still in his Capitol office listening to constituents.

Back in the 1990s, Democrat legislators in Texas pulled the same stunt and they haven't been in power since. Maybe the Wisconsin Democrats should take heed?
