1960 – Born in Yerevan, Armenia. 1982 – Graduated from Yerevan State Institute of Theatre and Fine Arts. He’s the son of the renowned artist Vladimir Atanyan. Since 1995 – Member of RA Artists Union Since 1995 – Member of the Artist Union of South Africa. Since 2000 – Chairman of the RA Culture Support and Strategy
