Hosted MCP server

https://mcp.archestack.com/mcp answers the Archestack tools for apps such as Claude and ChatGPT. It is read-only and has no sign-in.

What it receives
The tool your assistant calls and its arguments (for example the words of a project search), plus what every web request carries: your network address, the app's name and version, and HTTP headers. Your assistant decides what goes into the arguments; it does not send your chat.
What it does with it
Looks the answer up in the public open data API and sends it back. It calls no other service.
What it keeps
Nothing. Request logging is switched off, and no question, argument or answer is stored. Your address is counted for one minute to enforce a limit of 120 requests a minute, then dropped.
Who hosts it
Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare handles the traffic and keeps request counts and errors for its own dashboards, under the Cloudflare privacy policy (opens in a new tab).

The npm package

@archestack/mcp runs on your machine. It downloads the API's JSON files from archestack.com and sends nothing about you or your questions. It has no telemetry. The code is open: github.com/archestack/mcp (opens in a new tab).

This website

Visit counts
Umami Cloud and Cloudflare Web Analytics count page views and a few clicks (such as a link out to a project). Neither sets a cookie or builds a profile of you.
Newsletter
Only if you sign up. Your email address goes to Kit, which sends the newsletter. Every issue has an unsubscribe link.
Links out
Project, GitHub and partner sites have their own privacy rules. Partner links are labelled.

How long it is kept, and your choices

  • MCP tool calls: not kept. The per-address request count lasts one minute.
  • Visit counts: kept by Umami and Cloudflare as totals, with no cookie and no name or email attached.
  • Newsletter address: kept by Kit until you unsubscribe. Write to us and we delete it.
  • You can use every page, the API and the MCP server without an account or an email address.

What we never do

  • Sell what you send us, or share it with anyone beyond the services named on this page.
  • Show ads or track you across other sites.
  • Use your questions to train models.
