Scholars in Arts & Sciences

Scholarship support allows some of the best students in the world to attend Washington University.

Our Priorities

The Annual Fund for Arts & Sciences is more than a source of vital resources; it is an investment in the future. Unrestricted, annual gifts support all aspects of Arts & Sciences, from the student experience and financial aid to department funding and research. Your generosity provides current, expendable income to help launch new academic programs and create exciting new educational opportunities, as well as makes every aspect of Washington University — teaching, research, learning, and community engagement — possible. For more information about the Arts & Sciences Annual Fund, please contact Mary Maher, Associate Director of Advancement, at 314-935-5249.

Dedicated home for Arts & Sciences to break ground in spring

The first dedicated home for Arts & Sciences on the Danforth Campus will house some of the school’s premier departments and programs and serve as a cornerstone for scholarly and educational partnerships with other schools and units across campus.

"With much pride, every year we are loyal partners of the William Greenleaf Eliot Society. Our support helps provide Arts and Sciences with the funds for scholarships, faculty teaching and research, technology, and many other areas to keep our Washington University a premier learning environment."
