I bought some outdoor modge podge (hobby lobby $5 - don't forget to download %40 coupon) and some scapbooking paper (walmart $5 book). Then put modge podge under to stick the paper to the table then a top coat of exterior modge podge. I sealed it all with some epoxy resin high gloss (Lowe's $18). Before the epoxy coat you need to create a barrier around the table so it doesn't spill/expand off onto the floor. I used duct tape sticking up all around. Protect the floor just in case.
