Claudia on Instagram: "Let me show you how I make my family’s recipe for MOLE POBLANO now let me tell you this dish is truly iconic in Mexican cuisine, and it’s important for everyone to know how to make it from scratch, I promise you, your loved ones will be able to taste all the love you put into it!

** this Mole is sweet and spicy if you don’t want yours to come out spicy simply substitute NM chile pods for Guajillo

Ingredients:
5 lbs chicken
130 g chocolate disk(Ibarra or Abuelita)
A small piece of pilóncillo
3 cloves
4 all spice berries
1 tsp peppercorn
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp marjoram
1 inch cinnamon stick
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp- sliced almonds, peanuts, pecans, pepitas, raisins
1/2 bolillo bread
1 corn tortilla
1/2 cup animal cracker
1 small onion
