I created the method to be an all in one, Swiss Army Knife of fitness routines. It’s inspired by Pilates but without the inflexible absolution of the routine. We add weights, cardio, targeted muscle focus, gut massage and new moves all the time. Women and their bodies have evolved and so should the movement.

Now, I’m not saying you should give up on your favorite exercise but after 5 years of only @bthemethod I’ve had zero injury, my old injuries have healed and I’ve never been stronger.
