NIGHT of the THUNDER BIRD My story is based on real stories of a pterodactyl being sited through out recent history in Texas and other places in the west. In researching town names in Texas I ran across LLano city which has a strange Enchanted Rock legend that fit nicely into my story. I'm not a big Western fan, but I'm inspired by an awesome video game, named Red Dead Redemption 2. I wanted to make some kind of western scene with digital matte painting technique that I learned from my instructor, Saby Menyhei. My artwork is inspired of the concept art by Artur Sadlos.
