Healthy Strawberry Chocolate Muffins
20min · 1 serving Ingredients • 2 bananas • 3/4 cup peanut butter • 2 eggs • 1/2 cup honey • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract • 1 cup oat flour packed • 1/2 cup cocoa powder • 3/4 cup frozen, but partly thawed, chopped strawberries • 1/3 cup chocolate chips Combine bananas peanuts butter, eggs, honey, and vanilla in a large bowl. Fold in flour, then cocoa powder. Do NOT over-mix. Fold in frozen strawberries, then chocolate chips. Grease a muffin tin without liners. Fill all the way full or a overflowing a bit, as these do not rise much. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-22 minutes. Let cool in pan. Enjoy!!
