Drone Metal? In MY Atomiste catalog? It's more likely than you think!

Okay so... I was thinking about names for the next BIG project (been working on it for the entire year, it's nothing short of spectacular, stay tuned!) and in the long list of cool names I found, there was "A Tomb Made of Breath", and idk why but that sounded really drone metal-ish to me. So I got an old guitar I haven't touched in a long time, plugged it in, layered some mad effects on top of one another... and one VERY noisy afternoon later, we have this album!

First time doing anything metal, used my knowledge of drone to kind of bridge the gap and adapted my usual sounds to harsh guitars and doom-y drums. Track 1 is a guitar dark ambient opener that's a little sparse but very satisfying to get through. Track 2 gets into plain Doom Metal territory where I play that cool riff I found to death. Track 3 is almost the same but the guitars have gone completely haywire. Track 4 gets rid of the drums and uses Track 1's formula, but like 50 times noisier. Also the production is very lofi and bass-boosted because why not? Who cares?... You? You care? Well uh... thanks for caring friend. :)

Fun little project that was conceptualized, created, recorded, "mastered" and released in one big afternoon. Wanted to give you guys something while I spend countless hours finishing the next BIG (yes, it's BIG) project that should release on January 1st (free RYM clout glitch 100% working no virus punjabi subtitles) 2025.

Album cover is some random crow I took a picture of and then gave it the deepfry treatment (the image, not the crow you monster!). This crow doesn't know it but he's now metal as fuck. (Also yes it's a reference to that ASMZ album cover).

If the reception for this one is good, maybe I'll do more metal. This was a ton of fun to make and my ears hurt now. (which is good? mission failed successfully?)
