I I pay Jay, $800 upfront and ahead of time. And over a year and a half later after being told empty promises and hold on I’ll get you out of there. Nothing but lies then after putting a little pressure on him after returning no phone calls and getting frustrated which is the only time that he seemed to somewhat react, he sent me a form of three counties that I preferred to go with and he would get back with me in two weeks never heard anything back no pro action on his behalf and I had to do all the calling of him and then sometimes you wouldn’t hear back. I called him three times never heard back and numerous other things you know I had faith in the guy, he talks a good game, but he does not deliver. I pay him to do casework nothing happened but excuses then he told me that he had to terminate it cause it’s been too long that he was done with it. I said you’d haven’t even given me any kind of results whatsoever and he told me well I can’t keep working on this case forever, which he never even worked on then he turned around want to charge me $500 more to continue it and most of the conversations we’re all about him. And he has audacity to do Podcast and to talk about other companies and how worthless they are and how much he knows and how good he is now I don’t know about the other people that got section 8 vouchers I don’t know what kind of magic he did for them, but I was more than patient and had a lot of faith in him and pretty much financially wiped me out in the waiting process and I didn’t pay him the other $500 that he was trying to squeeze out of me to continue the casework that he said he couldn’t promise any results from him. I wish you would’ve told me that in the beginning when he took my $800 and didn’t get nothing. It was like pulling teeth to get him to do anything. This man is not to be trusted and it should be doing something to him about taking advantage of senior people and to be stringing them along it’s wrong. I wasted a year and a half waiting for this guy to do something for me because I believed in him I could’ve been gone already and done something on my own to make it happen. He has put me in financial stress. I am not happy about this and all I get telling was I’m gonna get you out there first of the year and then it kept more excuses after that. Sorry for the long review. I’m just trying to help people to not fall at the same trap I did and be naïve and get taken advantage of.

As a commercial host managing a fleet of 12 RVs on Outdoorsy, I am writing this to warn other fleet managers and individual hosts about how Outdoorsy handles high-stakes insurance claims. A guest recently totaled/severely damaged one of my motorhomes valued at $55,000. Both this unit and another vehicle in my fleet were actively listed, fully approved, and explicitly covered under Outdoorsy’s insurance policy. However, due to an administrative mix-up where two VINs were transposed/mismatched between the listings on their system, Outdoorsy completely denied the claim. Instead of recognizing that both vehicles were fully vetted and insured on their platform, Outdoorsy used a clerical technicality to walk away from their obligation. To make matters worse, they refunded the guest’s security deposit in full, leaving me with zero recourse, a total financial loss on a $55,000 asset, and no support from the platform I trusted to partner with. When you bring a whole fleet to Outdoorsy, you expect claims support that works in good faith. Instead, they hid behind an administrative technicality to deny a legitimate, fully insured claim. If you are running a business or listing valuable RVs here, be aware: when a catastrophic claim happens, Outdoorsy will look for any technical loophole to avoid paying out. Moving my fleet elsewhere.

Never have I ever experienced a more difficult customer service than this. I have made several purchases throuhgout many hears and never Have I experienced such bad and lakk of feedback from the custumer service. I would be hopeful to put a few more stars up after they contacted me on my last review here and wanted to sort things out. Out of 848 NOK I paid and was promised a full refund, I've gutten just 199 NOK and that do not cover for the broken lamp etc. I wish I could have keep heving good experiense with this Company because the purchase I did a few years ago was rally good. This distroys it all when they anser my review here in trustpilot, but don't take it serious in real life time. I want to delene my last review and put this on instead because it went from bad to even worse. Update! Fyndiq! Tha k you for your answer, but if you see through the email I was peomised for the broken lamp and the books too and I was peomised full refund. If I only could upload a photo of what your customer service said to me. This is stupid. You have all gutten videos where I take the lamp out of the outlet and still not working.

I have been dealing with this issue since April 10, and it is now September 22. More than five months have passed and I still do not have access to my funds. FBS recently explained that the transactions were cancelled before clearing and were processed as authorization cancellations (voids), not normal refunds. According to them, the funds never entered their system and should have remained with my issuing bank under a temporary hold. They have now provided me with the RRN numbers and told me to contact my bank again and ask them to manually release the funds. What is extremely frustrating is that after more than five months, I am still being left to go back and forth between FBS and my bank to figure out what happened to my money. I understand FBS's explanation about the transactions being voided, but from a customer's perspective, this issue started on April 10 and remains unresolved on September 22. Five months is an unreasonable amount of time to be dealing with a payment issue like this. I will update this review if and when the funds are finally returned and the matter is completely resolved.

So I ordered from vinted and because I am disabled and not able to walk far I always pay the extra to deliver to my home not a locker or pick up point Unfortunately yesterday the parcel I have been waiting for did not get delivered to me at the top of the avenue where I live at number 17 Instead number 1 at the bottom of the avenue was getting a delivery at same time and the cheeky sod said to her here will you post that through please and gave her my parcel she obviously thought it was for her nextdoor neighbour at number 3 and said ok only to find out it wasn't for number 3 at all but 8 houses away at the top of the hill so needless to say I complained when I found out and won't use them again They haven't even had the decency to reply to my email complaining about the delivery driver Not good company at all Eileen Leighton

I initially ordered my new CAYDO product 9/5, received notice that it was delivered to a different address around 9/11. Freaking out I came into contact with CAYDO customer service representative Belinda and boy howdy she calmed me down right away letting me know my product delivery service had not even been shipped! Relief!! I’ve had customer communications with Belinda at least 3-4 times since, keeping me apprised of the situation through out the process. Belinda has been very patient, very kind, very understanding and she very sweetly treated me like a friend, which is extremely rare. I truly, truly appreciate Belinda and wish I had more friends just like her. Thank you Belinda. You are a blessing.

I was very happy with my experience. I had ordered a Nailizer electric nail clipper. It came promptly, and so far seems to be what I wanted. (I have used it once and it seems to work fine, but my nails were not long enough to really give it a proper test. But I felt a lot safer using it than I do with scissors, and that is what I wanted.) as for the delivery, that went very well. As I live in an apartment building, I particularly appreciated that the delivery was by Canada Post, which meant the package could be securely locked in my mailbox, rather than just left in the open as happens with other delivery services (not their fault; they don’t have access to the mailboxes, but it is not as secure).

I made a purchase yesterday not realizing it was one packet only, I decided to cancel my order, I reached out to them by email right before my order was processed, they tried to convince me not to cancel my order I said no, no one responded to any of my emails, until tonight at 7:40pm stating it's to late to cancel my order all they can do is offer me a 20% discount refund, mind you I emailed them right away to cancel my order, this is very unacceptable, I sent many messages for someone to get back to me with no response. I've already reported them & I will be contacting my credit card company. I will never be purchasing from them again & I advise everyone to not to buy from them either.

I recently used Healthy Home for deep cleaning and sanitization of my couches, and I was extremely impressed with the entire experience. The team was very professional, punctual, courteous, and thorough. They did an excellent job with the cleaning and sanitization, and everything was left spotless and tidy once they were finished. Their customer service was also outstanding—very accommodating, responsive, and professional from start to finish. Overall, a fantastic experience and a very high standard of service. Tanglewood Resort on Lake Texoma, an Ascend Collection Resort is not a "resort". The rooms have old furniture and are musty. It is not located on the lake. It is near the lake. They have no room service, Their 2 restaurants are over priced and have odd hours. The small tower bar has paid "events" for nothing special and opens after 4:00 pm. This place is nothing more than a timeshare destination. The only thing they have that is nice is the huge indoor pool. Other amentities are pricy and far away - marina and horse back riding. The staff is not helpful either. We left and drove to Denison, Texas to eat at Red Lobster and McDonalds.

Lovely print quality and well mounted and packaged but it did take a long time to be finished and delivered and was the most expensive of the 3 print items I ordered that same day from 3 different companies. The 2 others were done and delivered within a week of ordering and for half the price, same quality- not sure what their business model is but it’s not competitive.

When I clicked on the link it said "first time customers get 70% off, max of 2 items" I ordered 2 items and it started a membership for over 50 dollars a month, and in order to cancel my membership I had to cancel my order, all in all, they lie about their sale price, and sign you up for memberships you didn't want to sign up for, 1/10.

My rest comforter has made such a difference to my sleep. I am finally sleeping without waking up overheated. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that it is a little bit narrow for our king bed even though I purchased the king/Cal king size. Either way, it is still had a huge positive impact on my sleep and I am so grateful.
