We supercharge the performance of publisher websites to maximise ad revenue returns.

About us

Publishers always had to juggle competing priorities – content creation, policy changes, technology evolving, and web development, all while trying to run a sustainable business. Publift came into existence when our founders saw how important ad revenue was for small to mid-sized publishers. But the tech needed to manage that was intricate and so was the industry. Enter Fuse, our proprietary header bidding technology that connects publishers to premium advertisers – this gave publishers the chance to level the playing field with media corporations who had resources to run their own ad operations. Today, Publift’s vision has evolved to become the trusted partner of choice for publishers globally, offering a holistic suite of solutions with a relentless focus on service. With dedicated experts worldwide, we empower publishers so running their website can remain their sole focus.

  • Big news at Publift. We're expanding into the US market, and we've appointed Cooper Merkow as Director, Publisher Development to lead the charge. Cooper spent seven years in Publisher Development, and he knows the US publisher landscape inside out. That experience is going to be huge as we grow our footprint stateside and bring our approach to programmatic revenue to even more publishers. "We have big plans for growth at Publift and Cooper's appointment is critical for the expansion of our existing US footprint," said Amy Jansen-Flynn, Publift's Managing Director. "I'm looking forward to bringing Publift's transparent, quality-focused approach to even more publishers across the US." Cooper will work closely with our product and data science teams, helping publishers grow their ad revenue through smarter programmatic strategy. Welcome to the team, Cooper. Excited for what's next. 🚀 Read the full article: https://lnkd.in/ghuXdq_M

  • Agentic AI doesn't wait to be told what to do. It continuously optimises toward buyer-defined outcomes, in real time. Underperforming inventory gets deprioritised automatically, at scale, with a precision no human trader could match. There's no negotiating with an algorithm backed by data. David Bickell's point: viewability, attention, user experience and conversion signals aren't line items on a deck anymore. They're the criteria AI is using to decide where money flows. Dave breaks down what this means for publisher strategy in this article he wrote: https://lnkd.in/gT3K7HG2

  • Our Head of Onboarding, James Nielsen ☁, wrote a piece recently on where agentic AI actually changes the game for publishers. His argument is that the first 30 days decide the outcome. Two publishers launch on the same day. - One gets sales staying in the room past signature, yield and product pulled in as capabilities the onboarding team can draw on directly, and an account manager already across the account before handover happens. - The other gets a checklist. Tags deployed, ad units configured, QA run, site live. Check, check, check. A year later, one publisher is earning meaningfully more than they were on day one. The other is earning roughly the same, and nobody flagged it early enough to fix. James' argument is that agentic systems widen that gap. They read a site's performance from the moment it goes live and route spend accordingly, so drift that used to take years to show up now shows up straight away. Viewability isn't optional when you're scaling a national media strategy. Trader Interactive knew that. So when they moved from local dealership targeting to a full national play, they needed their display inventory to actually get seen, not just served. Enter Fuse: our technology that helped increase ad viewability across their platform, giving their display inventory the visibility it needed to actually get seen (and clicked). Hear from Paul Cook, Senior Product Manager at Trader Interactive, on how that early win turned into a genuine weekly partnership, covering everything from performance metrics to future testing. Brawlytix switched to Publift, and it sounds like they got more than they expected. A team that actively reviewed their implementation from the ground up, then made optimisation decisions based on real performance data instead of assumptions, powered by our Data Science team via Publift’s Fuse technology. That's not a coincidence. Our Data Science team runs continuous experimentation to find what actually moves revenue for each publisher's specific setup, then feeds those learnings back into Fuse. It's the kind of attention publishers should expect from a migration, but rarely get. We don’t just "set and forget," we ensure our publishers get ongoing scrutiny of how their site actually performs.
