I love to train my arms, core, and thighs with lighter weights and bodyweight. But my glutes respond best to a mix of heavier weights on some days, and more barre inspired glute isolation work on others 💪🏽🍑 I’m using a single 30 and 40 lb dumbbell in most of these moves but I use my time under tension method to make that weight feel so much more challenging. In my method I rely on slow tempo, half reps, pulses, and pauses. I also love unilateral exercises and adding challenging resistance bands to promote progressive overload. Activation isn’t shown here, but I always start with glute activation before my weighted moves. For
