Every third face is cut in 1/2 by a wallpaper panel… and y’all lining them up was harder than keeping plants alive in the Texas summer 🤣🤣 Here’s the hack: Lay your panels on the floor and overlap them like they would be on the wall (mine have a 1/2 inch overlap) Grab some painters tape and tape them in place Cut the painters tape to separate the two panels but don’t cut the wallpaper! Hang one panel with 1/2 the piece of tape on the wall. Then hang the next panel with the other 1/2 of tape by lining up your painter tape pieces! Charlotte Allen on Instagram: "⭐️⭐️HOW TO GET THE PERFECT LINE USING TAPE⭐️⭐️ Here’s my method for getting that crisp perfect straight line when using tape 😁 If your nervous about the tape pulling of the base colour, just do a test patch 👍 usually this happens if tape is too sticky which is why I use sensitive painters tapes, but it can also happen if your base paint hasn’t adhered to the surface properly. So always leave at least 24hours before taping up 🙏 Oh and has anyone else had issues with Farrow and Ball when using tape??
