Matt Brody DeJesus on Instagram: "Protein Berry Cups 🧁   Ingredients: 3 cup oats (240g) 2 tbsp peanut butter powder + 1.5 tbsp water  6 tbsp sugar free syrup   Toppings: 3/4 cup Fage 0% Greek yogurt mixed with 1 scoop whey protein  Mixed Berries 1.5 cup  Makes 12 large cups Preheat the oven to 375F (20mins)   Directions  1.  Mix the base ingredients together and pack into a muffin tray*. I used a tablespoon to press down the middle so you have a cup shape. 2.  Bake for about 20 minutes until light brown and crispy. Leave in the tray to cool and harden 3.
