Can't go wrong with bread, spices and potatoes...

*Recipe*

Dough:
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup water 
Pinch of salt 

Potato Filling:
Peel and boil 4 medium potatoes
Add 1/3 cup each, green onion, coriander, green chili
1 tsp each: salt, chili flakes, coriander powder,pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
Mash together 

Roll the dough and spread potato mix on half 
Fold 
Toast on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown

Serve with mixture of yogurt, mint and olive oil
