Third Eye Excercise.. Teach your right and left brain to communicate. 1.Focus your eyes until the two circles become four. 2.Bring the two inner circles together until they overlap. 3.Focus unti1 you see a cross in the center. 4.Now try overlapping the two smaller circles. 5.Practice during meditation with eyes open or closed. 6.Don ' t over do it , it will strain your eyes.
