It took me most of my life to really being ok with putting myself first. The battle is in the mind and when our inabilities to overcome our personal demons /trauma grip us, what manifests in our lives is a dark endless cycle of self destruction. I overcame it and so can you. I can now truly say, I love myself. Words I could never really say.
