One thing I do love doing is picking the right flowers; paying particular attention to their structure, shape and appearance. I also love opening a press, but you’ll have to wait to see inside this one.

This is the XL Berstuk Press and I’m in love with it. I usually only use A4 or smaller sized presses, which I often make myself, but these are the only larger presses I’ll use. It’s such a treat opening a wonderful kit 🌸

I get good results from these presses with the right amount of tension from the centre bolts as well as the corners. The blotting paper is incredibly absorbent, so great for anything a bit thicker, and there’s replacement packs in their store.
