📄 : Skyr bowl topping idea 💡🥣⠀ -⠀ long time since I posted one of these, but ‘skyr’ is still one of my fav protein sources. Basically a kinda really thick(thiccc) yoghurt that is really high in protein, and it’s like really popular in Scandinavia bc I think it’s originally an Icelandic thing🤷‍♂️ it’s really good, The taste and texture is 💣 and the macros are awesome.
