Mix together 1 cup greek yogurt, 1/4 cup maple syrup, and 2 tbsp peanut butter  Place the yogurt mixture in dollops on a parchment paper lined plate or tray (use a tray that will fit in your freezer). Optional to place popsicle sticks in the center of each pop. Top with peanuts and freeze for at least 1 hour or until fully set   Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between each (you can also do this step on the stovetop if you prefer). Optional to add 1 tbsp coconut oil if your chocolate is too thick   Dip froyo pops into melted chocolate and top with sea salt. Place back in the freezer for 10-15 mins until chocolate hardens.
