Okay. I just microwave this peanut butter for a minute and then stir and then another 30 seconds and it melts perfectly. Look how easy that is to pour. Yes and that's just these simple Ritz crackers. Classic. Classic Ritz Crackers. Get it as even as you can. We want every cracker covered as best as we can with this peanut butter. Oh, I got naked spot over here. Yeah, get started. Get all the sides. Oh yeah, get our money's worth. Yummy. The tips. Little bit more. Just want to make sure everybody's covered. Everybody's tucked in. Perfect. We're going to set this aside. Put it in the fridge to chill while we whip up this next step. Get a little container microwavable safe. Throw in two sticks of butter. That's going to be one cup of butter going in here and a cup of brown sugar and we're also going to do one teaspoon of vanilla. This is actually going on the stove in a pot. And we're going to boil that for 3 minutes on high. Mix it up and then we're going to be ready to go. Once that peanut butter is chilled a little bit just so it's not super melty. We're adding a final layer of Ritz crackers on top. I've got my boiling hot. Be very careful. This is really hot and sticky so just make sure you don't burn yourself. This is our toffee boiled like this for 3 minutes and we're just going to pour that. Ooh yeah. All over top. Tryna get it nice and even. Oh my gosh. I can't wait. I cannot wait to eat this. Smells good. All that yummy goodness. Okay, I'm going to give it a little spread. I'm going to be really careful. This kind of solidifies pretty quickly. So, you're going to work quick. Get as spread as possible without moving your crackers. Perfect. It's looking good. Alright, once this is spread, every cracker get a little bit of love, okay? A little bit of love. Alright, once this is spread, we're putting this in the oven at 350 for 7 minutes. That's it. This is so quick to whip up. Seven minutes and then we'll have our next step. So, I just took these out of the oven. It's nice and warm. We're going to sprinkle on top. I got semi-sweet chocolate chips. I love a nice semi-sweet chocolate on top. Kinda even out all the sweetness. This is going to be so delicious. Oh my gosh. My mouth is already watering. Got just dump those all over. Trying to get them kind of even. You know the draw. Spread the love. I'm going to pop this back into the warm oven. Oven's off. It's just warm and it's going to melt these perfectly. I sat in the oven for a minute. Now, this is where the magic happens. Just watch. This is my goodness. Gorgeous. I love doing this. I'll never get sick of doing this. It's so beautiful. It takes my breath away. Literally, I'm out of breath. Look, it's like a magic trick. Just from solid to smooth. I love that. One last little thing. I don't know how you feel about sweet and salty but I love it and I really want to go the extra mile. So, I've got some coarse kosher salts. Just giving a little sprinkle over that warm chocolate. Maybe one little don't want to go too crazy but maybe a little crazy. Alright. Now, this can chillax in the fridge for couple hours so everything can just solidify and we can crack into it try it so we took this out of the fridge and it my mouth is watering it looks amazing it's so heavy there's so much goodness in here we need to first of all get it off of the pan This is the fun part is peeling off this Oh my gosh. Look at this. Look at this. Peanut off. Oh, that's so easy. Got a couple more strips. On the other side. Whoa whoa teaser alright we're going to be breaking it up anyway so it's alright get all that tin foil off got it yes okay now is the fun part Whoa. That? Are you a black belt? You can chop this up into a bunch of pieces just like Christmas toffee and it's like peanut butter ritz sandwich it's going to taste like a snicker I need to try it right now How freaking delicious is that? Oh god.
